Greg Paulsen

Greg Paulsen brings an extensive background in finance and business development as well as many years of general business experience and leadership to the Vormetric team. Most recently, Greg served as CFO and VP of Operations at Presto Services, a consumer product and service business. Prior to Presto, Greg worked in leadership roles at Intuit. As a divisional Senior Director of Finance, he provided financial leadership and business consulting to grow and improve the operations of businesses in enterprise software, payment processing, and web services industries. Greg also served as Intuit's Vice President of Corporate Development, in which he and his team worked with many of the company's businesses on growth strategies and executed a variety of strategic transactions. Prior to Intuit, Greg spent several years at LSI Logic and PricewaterhouseCoopers in a variety of finance and consulting roles. At LSI he served as a senior leader in the corporate planning and analysis organization. At PricewaterhouseCoopers he led engagement teams to provide strategy and business consulting, M&A, and audit services to clients in numerous technology industries. Greg also serves as an advisor to companies on financial and strategic matters. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MSCE degree specializing in materials science from the University of Nevada at Reno and an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford.
