Richard Gorman has driven direction, strategy and execution as President and CEO of Vormetric since 2007. Vormetric is recognized today as the Leader in Data Encryption and Enterprise Key Management as well as the Leader in Encrypting and protecting data in the Cloud. Richard joined Vormetric with over 20 years of technology industry experience.

Bruce Johnson

Bruce Johnson leads Worldwide Sales, Services and Sales Operations and all go to market partnerships. Bruce brings 18 years of information security experience including solutions focused on data privacy and protection, intrusion prevention/detection, security policy compliance, firewalls, VPNs and identity management.

Ashvin Kamaraju

Ashvin Kamaraju leads the product development organization and in addition leads the partner management, strategic alliances and business development functions for technology strategy and product development. Ashvin is an experienced engineering leader with extensive background in enterprise software development, product strategy, product management and business development.

Greg Paulsen

Greg Paulsen brings an extensive background in finance and business development as well as many years of general business experience and leadership to the Vormetric team. Most recently, Greg served as CFO and VP of Operations at Presto Services, a consumer product and service business. Prior to Presto, Greg worked in leadership roles at Intuit.
